Guardian 250-060R Emergency Equipment Inspection Log Tags, 20/pkg

These Guardian Equipment 250-060R double-sided inspection tags are sold in packages of 20, are constructed of heavy 3-1/8" x 6" card stock, have a heavy-duty reinforced metal rivet, and attach easily to your station with the included nylon ties. The tags are preprinted with Guardian contact information so you can immediately contact them if you have questions about your emergency equipment (of course, we're happy to assist as well).

The front of this card reads "EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT INSPECTION LOG" as well as "Test all emergency equipment at least weekly in accordance with ANSI Z358.1" and has lines for Date and Signature that continue on the reverse side.
