These double-sided 3-3/8" w x 5.75" h (8.6w x 24.6h cm) rigid 15-mil Duraply synthetic (plastic) stock tags have a metal grommet and are a good choice for indoor or limited use outdoor applications. This material is waterproof and can be written on with a pencil, ball point pen, or marker to ensure that routine maintenance is being conducted. These tags withstand moisture, dirt, grease, and tears and attach easily to your station with Nylon tag fasteners (such as item # 07099) or wire tag ties (item # 07098).

An eyewash-specific tag is available as item # 04032 and a combination shower and eye wash tag is sold in an economical 25-pack as item # 04035.
