These 3" w x 5.75" h write-on 15 mil plastic tags ensure that routine maintenance is being conducted. They withstand moisture, dirt, grease and tears and attach easily to your station with the included nylon ties. An eyewash-specific tag is available as item # 04032.  We also have a variety of other inspection tags, particularly for fire extinguishers.
