In the rare case we are backed up, we'll send you to voicemail because we recognize that life is too precious to spend on hold.

Challenge of the day: try finding a phone number at Amazon's web site. And then call it and ask a technical question about a product you're interested in. Heh.

Fax? Who uses fax anymore? E-mail us your PO's or whatever. But just in case you are trapped in the 1980's because the Mr. Fusion on your DeLorean time machine is not working, we still have a fax line, yes.
