Description

These handy self-laminating lockout tags ensure easy identification and better compliance with paragraphs (c) and (e) of OSHA's Lockout/Tagout Standard 29 CFR 1910.147.

These 5.75" x 3"  (14.6 x 7.6 cm) double-sided tags are constructed from 0.28" thick PVC and have a self-adhesive polyester overlay on the front. Simply remove the lining and press the clear laminate layer onto your text to ensure your customized message will not smudge or fade. A reinforced grommet accept a padlock and ensures this tag meets OSHA's 50 lb pull requirement for tagout devices.
