Equipment Locked Out Lockout Tag w/ Perforated Stub, 10/pkg

These single-sided, two-part lockout/tagout tags provide enhanced operational control and record-keeping. The stub is removed when the tag is attached to a lockout point. Only the employee in possession of the stub has the authority to remove the tag. After the job is done, the stub is returned to management for verification and monitoring of lockout/tagout activity in the plant.

The tag shown here has an optional serial number. Serial numbers are available on a custom basis only; please email us for pricing and availability. Tags ordered from this page will not have serial numbering.

These tags can be printed on with a pen or marker. They feature a 3/8" rolled brass eyelet that resists tearing. They measure 7" h x 3" w  (17.8 x 7.6 cm) and are sold 10/package. A similar tag that reads "Do Not Operate" is available as item # 07091.
