Availability of Select WaterSaver Faucet Company Products

We maintain a limited stock of the highest-demand WaterSaver valves, faucets, and parts. Those will usually be indicated with a product lead time that starts with 1 or 2 days such as "1-4 business days". If you are in a rush, we suggest contacting us by phone or email to confirm stock before ordering. We will, of course, always contact you if there is any sort of backorder once an order is placed.

WaterSaver's products are made in Chicago, IL, USA. They are still recovering from supply chain shocks, but the lead times have recently come down. Non-stock products we used to ship factory direct within 4-5 or maybe 5-8 business days before the pandemic are running about two weeks right now.

There are two annual peak demand periods that can see extended lead times of several seeks: July/August and December/January which correspond to the beginning of academic semesters. Folks want to get their lab repairs/installations done before school starts!

If you place an order for a factory backordered item, we will update you when the factory confirms with an estimated ship date (they usually take 1-3 business days to do that).

Factory orders are generally filled in the order in which they are received, but not always. For manufacturing efficiency, Production may group orders containing similar/identical products. Therefore, any request for an update from the original estimated ship date will usually take a day or three to get because the production manager has to review the entire schedule.

The factory does not keep appreciable stock of completed fixtures as there are hundreds of possible permutations and both they and we have limited stock space.

The factory is generally unable to accomodate rush jobs. We can ask and they will try, but with lead times being weeks right now, everyone wants their orders in rush. If you're installing or renovating a lab, our best advice is to plan ahead!

We maintain a limited stock of threaded rods (AAP125 and SAP125), so if you need more than a few, these need to come from the factory at the current lead time. If you can get by with an unthreaded rod our 22200 rods usually have no more than a few day lead time.

To help with peak demand periods, we maintain a limited stock of the most common gas valve components. For example, if you need an L4260-131WSA (which we don't normally stock), we might have the necessary parts (L4260 valve, BI131 turret, and BI136-04R brass mounting shank) so you can assemble your own. It's actually less expensive to purchase the valve this way, but keep in mind that factory-assembled valves are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipment.
