Product Description

These handy self-laminating lockout tags can include your employee's photo for easy identification and better compliance with paragraphs (c) and (e) of OSHA's Lockout/Tagout Standard 29 CFR 1910.147.

These 5.75" x 3" (14.6 x 7.6 cm) double-sided tags are constructed from 0.28" thick PVC and have a self-adhesive polyester overlay on the front. Simply remove the lining and press the clear laminate layer onto your text and photo to ensure your customized message will not smudge or fade. A reinforced grommet accept a padlock and ensures this tag meets OSHA's 50 lb pull requirement for tagout devices.
