This replacement activation label for the Guardian Equipment G1540 AquaGuard Gravity Flow Portable Eyewash comes in package of two. The G1540 underwent slight modifications in 2024 and one of these changes was reducing the labels on the unit from four to one.

This item is the closest replacement for the now-discontinued 4-piece G1540LBL, however we are not certain just how well it will fit the older model which had a molded indentation in the activation manifold where the new version has a smooth front face. We cannot accept returns on this item if it does not fit as expected.
