This is a set of two replacement spray heads for the Guardian Equipment G1540 portable eye wash station.

These fit only the G1540 model. All other Guardian products use either a GS-Plus™ (item # AP470-001) or FS-Plus™ spray head (AP470-021) which are sold singly rather than in pairs.
