Amerex Regulated Pressure Wheeled Fire Extinguishers

Product Description

These Amerex commercial Regulated Pressure extinguishers utilize a 110 ft³ nitrogen cylinder with pressure regulator and come in two wheel options. This older, traditional design allows for adequate pressure to assure a smooth and complete discharge of the dry chemical while maintaining a pressure reserve for blowing down the discharge hose. Choose either the 16" semi-pneumatic rubber tire or 36" X 2-1⁄2" steel wheels depending on whether you have a hard or soft surface where the unit is deployed. Each is easy to transport and operate by one person. High performance versions of these models as well as stationary versions are available by special order.

For BC fires, Purple-K can be up to twice as effective as Amerex "Regular" BC extinguishing agent. Consider Purple-K if you are protecting against fires involving large quantities of flammable liquids. Purple-K refill agent is also available as item # 09454.
