Indoor/Outdoor Confined Space Permit Station

Place these confined space permit holder stations at or near the entrance of your permit-required confined spaces to ensure compliance with the OSHA Permit-Required Confined Space Standard, 29 CFR 1910.146.

This station features an aluminum board with 4 corner mounting holes, measures 20" w x 14" h (50.8 x 35.6 cm), and has a permanently mounted, clear, see-through plastic holder with flip top lid to store and protect pads of permits from the elements. 11" h x 8.5" w permit forms are sold separately as item # 08502.  For boards rated for indoor use only see item # 08500.

This board features an OSHA DANGER header that indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. The text reads "CONFINED SPACE. Permit required for entry" on the white board and a reminder "Permit must be completed prior to entry" on the acrylic pocket.

This item is shown in these pictures with a custom stand that is neither included nor available. Most folks will mount these to a wall, equipment, or posts.
