Place these confined space permit holder boards at or near the entrance of your permit-required confined spaces to ensure compliance with the OSHA Permit-Required Confined Space Standard, 29 CFR 1910.146.

These boards are constructed of durable 1/8" PVC, have 4 corner mounting holes, measure 19" w x 12" h (48.3 x 30.5 cm), and have a clear acrylic pocket which accommodates 11" h x 8.5" w permit forms (sold separately, see item # 08502.)  For indoor use only. For a board that can be used outdoors, see item # 08501.

These boards are available in two styles. Both have an OSHA DANGER header that indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. 08500-A has text of "CONFINED SPACE. Permit must be completed an authorized prior to entry" and 08500-B has more verbose text of "CONFINED SPACE. Safety regulation require that a confined space entry permit be completed and authorized prior to entering. Emergency call _____."
