Zing Eco DANGER, Do Not Operate Lockout Tags w/ Grommets and Striped Highlight, 10/pkg

ZIng's Eco lockout/tagout (LOTO) tags are double-sided, made in the USA from rigid .025 gauge recycled plastic, measure 6" x 3" (15.2 x 7.6 cm), and have a reinforced brass grommet for padlock use. The tags are suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, are easy to write on, and hold up against water, grease and a variety of chemicals. They easily exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull requirement for tagout devices per 29 CFR 1910.147.

Both the front and back feature an OSHA Danger header to convey that improper procedure could be fatal as well as red and white stripes to attract attention and ensure compliance. The front has the statement "Do Not Operate" surrounded by red and white striping to attract attention as well as the text "This lock/tag may only be removed by" and blank spaces for the name of the person who may remove the tag, department, and expected completion. The reverse states "This energy source has been LOCKED OUT! Unauthorized removal of this lock/tag may result in possible discharge" and has multiple lines for specific remarks.

These tags are UL-validated for recycled content, and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Sold 10 per package. Tag ties not included.
