Zing Eco DANGER, Do Not Operate Lockout Tags w/ Grommets and Red/White Striping, 10/pkg

ZIng's Eco lockout/tagout (LOTO) tags are double-sided, made in the USA from rigid .025 gauge recycled plastic, measure 5.5" x 3.25" (14.0 x 8.3 cm), and have a reinforced brass grommet for padlock use. The tags are suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, are easy to write on, and hold up against water, grease and a variety of chemicals. They easily exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull requirement for tagout devices per 29 CFR 1910.147.

Both the front and back feature an OSHA Danger header to convey that improper procedure could be fatal as well as red and white stripes to attract attention and ensure compliance. The front has the statements "Do Not Operate" as well as "Do not remove this tag. See reverse side". The reverse states "Equipment locked out by" and "Only an authorized person may remove this tag" and has spaces for the worker's name and date.

These tags are UL-validated for recycled content, and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Sold 10 per package. Tag ties not included.
