Zing Eco DANGER, Do Not Operate Equipment Locked Out Tags, 10/pkg

ZIng's Eco lockout/tagout (LOTO) tags are double-sided and are made in the USA from ultra heavy duty and rigid 0.055" (~1/16" = 1.44 mm) thick recycled plastic. The tags measure 5.75" x 3" (14.6 x 7.6 cm) with a 0.5" (12.7 mm) hole. The tags are suitable for indoor or outdoor use, are easy to write on, and hold up against water, grease and a variety of chemicals. They exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull requirement for tagout devices per 29 CFR 1910.147.

Both the front and back feature an OSHA Danger header to convey that improper procedure could be fatal. The front has the statement "Do Not Operate. Equipment Locked Out" along with blank spaces for the name of the person who may remove the tag, department, and expected completion. The reverse states "This energy source has been LOCKED OUT! Only the individual who signed the reverse side may remove this lock/tag" and has multiple lines for specific remarks.

These tags are UL-validated for recycled content, and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Sold 10 per package. Tag ties not included.
