These blind flange lockout devices feature fully coated aluminum construction and a hardened steel rod. They work by fully concealing flange bolts, preventing access to the blind until all work has been completed. They are available in three sizes (see table below) and are adjustable to cover pipe diameters from 1/2" to 24" (1.3 to 61 cm). Each accommodates padlocks with shackle diameters up to 1/4" (6.35 mm) and have a temperature range of -40 to 200 °F (-40 to 93 °C).
