Zing Butterfly Valve Lockout Device

Zing'a butterfly valve lockout devices prevent butterfly valve handles from being turned during maintenance and repair operations. These devices are constructed of abrasion-resistant red polyurethane and can withstand extreme weather conditions (-20 to +200 °F = -29 to +49 °C) without cracking. When properly installed, the device slips over the valve actuating lever, preventing the butterfly locking mechanism from engaging and the valve from being turned. These devices accommodates multiple padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" (0.95 cm) in diameter to ensure compliance with OSHA lockout/tagout (LOTO) regulations.

These devices are manufactured in the USA and are UL-validated to contain 100% recycled plastic to support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits.
