These Zing lockout devices are the only ones specifically designed for pull handle valves! This device prevents handles from being activated during maintenance and repair operations and ensures compliance with OSHA lockout/tagout (LOTO) regulations per 29 CFR 1910.147. The device installs in four easy steps

Place the cylinder sleeve over the pull handle.
Place the end cap over the valve stem.
Connect the cylinder to the end cap.
Lock out the device with a padlock (sold separately).

These devices are constructed of abrasion-resistant red plastic that withstands extreme weather conditions without cracking. These devices accommodates three padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" (0.95 cm) in diameter and each comes with a label featuring an OSHA Danger header, the wording "LOCKED OUT. DO NOT OPERATE", a signature space and open/closed checkboxes. The device has overall dimensions of 8" l x 1.63" w x 1.5" d (20.3 x 4.14 x 3.8 cm).
