This 10" w x 7" h (25.4 x 17.8 cm) sign is manufactured in the USA and is UL-validated for at least 70% post-consumer recycled content to support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. 

This sign is available as a regular plastic sign or as a vinyl self adhesive sign.

This white sign features the blue header with white text "NOTICE". The bottom of the sign is white with the large black text "REPORT ALL INJURIES IMMEDIATELY NO MATTER HOW SLIGHT".
