L108 Dual Check BackFlow Preventer for Guardian and WaterSaver Drench Hose Units

This dual check backflow preventer is a retrofit/replacement component for both WaterSaver and Guardian Equipment's line of eyewash/drench hoses. Backflow preventers are required by some state/local plumbing codes and prevent contaminated water from flowing back into the building potable water supply. The inlet and outlet are both 3/8" female NPT. This unit is available in unfinished brass for under-counter and other installations that will not show or in a polished chrome finish for installations where the vacuum breaker will needs to match a polished chrome fixture. Max inlet pressure is 75 psi.

The corresponding L110 dual check vacuum breaker is also available. Additional vacuum breakers and components are also available by special order.

Application Note: Guardian and WaterSaver are sister companies. Their eyewash and shower lines are generally interconvertible.  For example, the Guardian G5022 is equivalent to the WaterSaver EW1022; they simply differ in color scheme.
