Product Description
Laboratory reducing adapters are used to connect dissimilar standard taper joints. Common applications are adapting an addition funnel or condenser to a flask that has smaller size joints. This item is made of borosilicate glass (Schott Duran® glass or its equivalent).

NOTE: By definition, the lower inner joint of reducing adapters is larger in size than the top outer joint. For enlarging adapters in which the lower inner joint is smaller than the top outer joint see items CG-1002-XX.
