Description

These Straus-style Schlenk flasks are used for the storage of dry/deoxygenated solvents. They are filled via the 24/40 inner joint; the neck of the flask is closed off so the solvent can flow downward through the 0-4 mm Chem-Cap® valve. Solvent can be withdrawn through the valve body under counterflow by removing the valve cap and using a syringe or cannula. Alternatively, one can transfer the solvent to and from the flask via vacuum transfer.

These flasks are available in 500 and 1,000 mL sizes.
