Ohaus Analog 2 Block Dry Block Heater

The Ohaus Analog 2 Block Dry Block Heater (HB2AL) is a high wattage, constant-temperature dry block heater that is economical, versatile and compact. This 2 Block Heater accepts one of a variety of interchangeable Ohaus modular blocks (sold separately) at a time including enclosures such as micro-tubes, vials, microplates, and PCR strips or tubes.

These heaters are available in 120 and 230 V versions. Each measures 15.4" x 8" x 3.5" and has a low temperature range from ambient +5 °C to 100 °C, and a high temperature range from 75 to 150 °C. The heater can be run in environments from 18 to 33 °C (64 to 91 °F), 20% to 80% relative humidity, non-condensing and comes with a 2 year warranty. Typical applications include incubation and activation of cultures, enzyme reactions, immunoassays, and melting/boiling points.
