Ohaus Digital Waving Shaker

This Ohaus Digital Waving Shaker (Model SHWV02DG)mixes samples with a maximum capacity of 2.3 kg (5.1 lb) in a smooth, low-foaming three-dimensional “wave” motion.  The microprocessor control provides for easy electronic adjustment in 1° increments for tilt from 0 to 20° and 1 rpm increments for speed from 1-30 rpm while the unit is running. Speed increases slowly to the desired set point to avoid splashing.   The units have overload protection, audible and visual alarms when the system is obstructed or overloaded and touchpad controls with easy-to-read, independent LED displays for speed/tilt and time.  The built-in-tray with non-slip (299 × 222 mm) mat  is included.  The shaker can be run from -10 to 60 °C (14 to 140 °F), maximum 80% relative humidity, non-condensing and comes with a 2 year warranty. Typical applications include mixing blood samples, DNA extractions, blotting techniques, staining and destaining gels, hybridizations.

This unit is available in 120 V and 230 V versions.
