Product Description

These two-sided tags have an OSHA DANGER header on both sides. The front reads "DO NOT OPERATE Production Department" with space for a signature and date. The back reads "DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG" with spaces for custom remarks. These tags are 3.375" w x 5.75" h and are sold in packs of 25 only. They are available in two different material options:

PT	An economical lighter duty 10-mil (0.010") synthetic (plastic) stock that is a good choice for indoor or limited use outdoor applications. This material is waterproof and can be written on with a pencil, ball point pen or marker.	3/8" diameter drilled hole.	Indoor or short-term outdoor.	1-3 years outdoors.
RP	A more robust 15-mil (0.015") rigid Duraply synthetic (plastic) stock with a metal grommet that is a good choice for indoor or limited use outdoor applications. This material is waterproof and can be written on with a pencil, ball point pen or marker.	3/8" diameter metal grommet.	Indoor or short-term outdoor.	1-3 years outdoors.

Per OSHA and ANSI specifications, the DANGER header is "designed for use where major hazard situations present an immediate threat of death or serious injuries." Complies with 29 CFR 1910.145(f) specifications for accident prevention tags.
