Safety Redbox™ Portable Wall-Mount Group Lockout Box

The Safety Redbox™ wall-mountable group lockout box protects multiple workers during maintenance and repair operations. The box is made of durable stainless steel and has a painted red finish to catch the eye. It accommodates up to 12 padlocks or hasps as well as one on the latch. The overall dimensions are 7" h x 10" l x 4" d (17.8 x 25.4 x 10.2 cm). A wall-mounting bracket is included; the box can be used without it.

Group lockout procedures enable each authorized employee to have control over his/her own protection, and verify that the equipment has been properly de-energized. Additionally, the lockout device informs other persons that the employee is working on the equipment, and as long as the device remains attached, the authorized person in charge of the group lockout knows that the work has not been completed and that it is not safe to reenergize the equipment.
