These Forklift Safetly/Lockout Kits provide everything you need to comply with the intent of the daily inspection requirements of OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.178, the Powered Industrial Trucks Standard, 

The completely stocked kit is available with your choice of one lock and hasp or two of each. The kits contain the following components (no substitutions, please):
