Material | Features |
PF-Cardstock | Unlike standard card-stock, PF-Cardstock is pulp-free, it has no wood or paper content. This pliable polyolefin-based material is ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure. It will not rip or break down in moisture. The scuff-resistant surface is easy to write on. |
Adhesive Vinyl | This flexible vinyl material has a permanent adhesive back with a peel-off liner. It is moisture- and tear- resistant. These signs work for short term outdoor applications, and in moderate temperatures, -40 to 176°F. |
Plastic | This 0.055” thick polyethylene plastic is made of 50% recycled content and is easily recyclable. It provides good impact resistance with a non-glare, matte finish. It is slightly flexible, does not tear, is corrosion and water resistant and withstands surface dirt and grease. Service temperature range is -90 to 168°F. |
Removable Vinyl | This 4-mil flexible vinyl with clear over-laminate provides a matte surface that is easy to write on with pencil, pen or marker. It has a high-grade, removable, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive with a flat release liner. Ideal for general duty, indoor and temporary applications. |
Magnetic Vinyl | This material has magnetic ferrite particles imbedded in a 32-mil synthetic rubber base with a UV protective coating. It resists cracking and chipping and is flexible enough for mounting to curved surfaces. Magnetic placards are ideal for vehicles that do not have permanently mounted placard holders and where you need to change the placarding frequently based on the type of material being transported. Service temperature range is 0 to 160°F. |
