- Hazardous Material Dual-Sided Safety Tags, NFPA Diamond Format
Product Description
Use these tags to clearly communicate hazards to personnel in order to prevent the potential for accidental injury and property damage. The front of the tag has the NFPA Diamond for rating health hazard (blue), fire (red), instability (yellow), and specific hazards (white). There are also lines for the Chemical Name, Common Name and Manufacturer. The reverse side has a series of check boxes to identify specific risks associated with route of entry, health hazards, physical hazards, target organs and effects.
These 5.75" h x 3.25" w (14.6 x 8.3 cm) tags are available in packages of 5 or 25. Available in regular or self-laminating styles in card stock or rigid plastic:
- Card Stock.Tear-resistant, waterproof, pulp-free - no wood pulp or paper content. These pliable 10-mil polyolefin-based tags will not crack, distort, or shrink. Ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor conditions. Scuff-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole.
- Rigid Plastic. High-strength, tear-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical-resistant for dirty and greasy environments. 15-mil thick rigid polyethylene, relatively bendable and ideal for indoor and outdoor temporary tagging applications. Mar-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole w/ a reinforced metal grommet to resist pull-off.
- HS-Laminate. Nearly indestructible, withstands tough, abusive conditions. Hard-sealed by thick laminate on both sides. Tear-proof, weatherproof, chemical-resistant. Withstands dirt, grease, liquid splashes, and multiple rough handling. Scratch-resistant, matte-finish surface. 3/8" hole w/ reinforced pull-proof metal grommet.
