Product Description

These self-adhesive polyester labels include spaces for the chemical name as well as four colored bars for health, flammability, instability and PPE ratings. They also include a personal protection index for the HMCIS and other related systems. For a similar label with an NFPA fire diamond see item # 01241.

These labels are sold individually in four sizes, 5" x 3.5", 7" x 5", 10" x 7", and 14" x 10" (width x height).
