Use these Manifolds to increase the number of waste lines being fed into a single intake fitting on Justrite's round HPLC Safety Disposal Cans. Up to six lines per manifold can be fed from HPLC processes into a single container. Each manifold has (6) 1/4-28 ports (1/4" diameter with 28 threads/inch) and (1) 3/8" NPT port. These units include caps to seal unused ports and compression fittings are available to securely attach tubing. The quick disconnect makes it easy to attach and remove the manifold from the disposal can.

These manifolds are made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and are available with either a #316 stainless steel or polypropylene quick disconnect. A PTFE manifold with a stainless steel connector that connects to a manifold (but not the safety can) is also available which doubles the number of waste lines being fed to a single can. Select a manifold that is chemically compatible with the solvent waste in the process. Note that a stainless steel manifold (item #02158) is also available.

The safety container with the manifold installed is US OSHA compliant and meets NFPA Code 30. Use on round containers, not for use on oval style can.
