Zing Universal Fuse Carrier/Isolation Port Lockout

Use this adjustable Universal Fuse Carrier/Isolation Port lockout for a variety of uses, such as a safety lockout device to lock out electrical fuse holders of 20A, 32A, 63A, and 100A (sometimes called Red Spot Fuses). It is suitable for larger Red Spot fuse holders rated at 63A and 100A as well as other similar cavity style fuse holders due to its adjustable design. It can also be used to lock out electrical isolation port/sockets on hybrid and electrical vehicles (also known as Manual Service Disconnect (MSD)). The lockout is designed to restrict finger access to live contact and stop fuses or connectors from being reinserted while maintenance is in progress, and can be installed without the use of any tools. Simply grip the side walls of the fuse holder and lock it into place with a safety padlock (it is recommended that a dielectric or insulated padlock is used). It is made of a blend of ABS and polycarbonate for high durability and impact strength, and has no metal parts to reduce risks in live environments. It can fit padlocks up to a 1/4" shackle diameter.
