Fall Protection Training Certification Cards, 50/pkg

OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1926 Subpart M requires that employees train their employees on fall hazards and how to protect themselves against these hazards. 29 CFR 1926.503 sets out the training requirements which include a "certification of training" listing the name of the employee, date of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the employer.  These handy cards provide exactly that. These cards are a Safety Emporium exclusive item and are printed on extra-heavy card stock. The front side is colorful and matte while the back side is matte and contains spaces for the trainer and trainee information.  Each card measures 3.5" W x 2" H. They are sold in packages of 50.
