Oversize Push Button Lockout Device, Clear

This oversize pushbutton lockout device provides a safe and effective method for locking out a wide range of emergency push buttons as shown in the second picture. The lockout is made from durable clear polycarbonate, has a "DANGER DO NOT REMOVE" label, and accepts a padlock with up to 1/4" (6.4 mm) shackle diameter.

The overall dimensions are 3.3" h x 2.75" diameter (8.4 x 7.0 cm) and the interior hole is 1.15" (2.92 cm) in diameter.
