Lockout Procedures Station

Ensure compliance with the OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard by centralizing your training materials in this one station! This lockout training procedure station has a silk-screened backboard made from durable polystyrene that includes predrilled holes for easy wall mounting and measures 20" H x 14" W x 4.5" D. The white PVC-coated steel binder rack includes mounting hardware.

Also included is a white 3-ring lockout procedure binder made out of 55-gauge polyethylene and a package of 25 lockout safety procedure forms. Additional forms are available as item # 07072.
