Description

Ensure compliance with the OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard by centralizing your materials in this one location to document, track, and provide easy access for lockout/tagout procedures. The red and white, silk-screened polystyrene backboard measures 14"w x 20"h x .060" thick and has predrilled holes for easy wall mounting. A powder-coated steel wire rack attached to the front of the board holds a 1 1/2", 3-ring binder (included) in which to store lockout procedure forms (one package of 25 forms is included).
