Ohaus Endeavor™ 5000, 3 mm Light Duty Microplate Orbital Shaker

The Ohaus Endeavor™ light duty orbital shakers are economical and effective units for low to mid-volume shaking.   This 3 mm microplate orbital shaker (e-E51LDMP03) provides consistent uniform shaking motion from 100 to 1200 rpm (in 1 rpm increments) with a 3 mm (0.1") orbital size.  The (included) aluminum tray is built to secure up to four microplanes (or 4 deep well plates).

An easy to read LED display for speed/time allow the operator to view all settings simultaneously and digitally control each with the appropriate dial knob. Reproducible results are guaranteed with the simple on-board programming feature to create, store and run multi-step programs. The advanced microprocessor control slowly ramps the shaker tray up to the desired speed to avoid splashing. Integrated load sensors detect unbalanced conditions and automatically reduce speeds to protect samples and ensure a safer workplace. Visual and audio alarms engage when the timer counts down to zero or an error occurs. Data logging and unit control are simple and intuitive. An easy access RS232 communication port allows remote function PC control and data transfer.

These shakers have a small foot print that saves bench space. They can also be used in incubators and cold rooms ranging from -10 to 40°C (14 to 104 °F), maximum 80% relative humidity, non-condensing. Stable, accurate, long-term shaking is ensured with the triple eccentric drive and maintenance-free brushless DC motor.

This unit is available in 120 V and 230 V versions.

This model replaces the obsolete Talboys Advanced Digital 1000MP Microplate Shaker (980178) and is the suggested replacement for Ohaus SHLDMP03DG.
