- Bullard ADP20 Air-Driven Pump for 4-6 Respirators, 4-6 users
Product Description
The Bullard BL-ADP20 air-driven pump supplies air for four continuous flow airline hood/helmet style respirators or six tight-fitting facepiece style units. It runs on compressed air, making it an intrinsically safe design ideal for locations where an electrical power source is not available, or where the work environment would ordinarily require an explosion-proof motor.
The compressed air is not used for breathing, rather it powers the pump which takes clean, breathable air and transfers it to the workers. Compressed air at a minimum volume of 85 cfm at 95 psig (2407 lpm at 655 kPa) is used only as an energy source. The pump provides 30 CFM at 5 psig. Maximimum output is 25 psig.
For enhanced worker comfort, the ADP20 can supply air to one worker using the Bullard Frigitron 2000 Series personal air conditioner in conjunction with a Bullard CC20 or 88 Series hood-style respirator.
The breathable air inlet filter keeps particles larger than 25 microns out of the air supply. These pumps are ideal for supplying clean, breathable air without the hassle or expense of CO monitors, temperature alarms, airline filters, or complicated calibration equipment that is required in compressed air breathing systems.
This unit weighs 90 lbs (40.8 kg) and measures 12-1/8" w x 25" l x 15" h (41.5" h with air intake installed). Lead time on this product is firm. This product must ship as ground freight. Supplied-air respirators used with this pump must be NIOSH approved to operate at 25 psig or less. Literature available for download or on-line viewing:
