Guardian AP470-021 FS-Plus™ Spray Head, Complete

These complete AP470-021 FS-Plus™ spray heads are used in Guardian Equipment eye/face washes, have a 1/4" NPT female inlet and are 2" (5.1 cm) in diameter. They feature an innovative “flip top” dust cover to keep dust and dirt out when not in use. Please measure your existing heads to make sure you don't need the smaller (1-1/2" diameter) GS-Plus™ spray head, item # AP470-001, instead. Parts diagrams for Guardian eyewashes (2 GS-Plus™ heads), eye/face washes (2 FS-Plus™ heads) and WideArea™ eye /face washes (4 GS-Plus™ heads) are available and if you still aren't sure which spray head you need, just send us an email with a picture of your eyewash and/or  Guardian model number and we'll be happy to assist you (try that with Amazon, folks...).

This item is sold individually, but most customers usually purchase them in multiples of two. They are available in three versions:

• AP470-021 has an orange dust cover (default)
• AP470-021GRN has a green dust cover
• AP470-021YEL has a yellow dust cover

We normally stock the orange ones only. Small orders for green or yellow may have significantly longer lead times.

Note: Effective January 1, 1997, the GS outlet head was replaced by the GS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the GS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a GS-Plus™ spray head.

Individual components of this spray head are also available for purchase.  Replacement filters are economical and should be checked/replaced on a regular basis depending on the quality of your water supply.
