This vertical drying tube has a 14/20 standard taper outer joint on the top and a 14/20 lower inner joint on the bottom. In typical use, one places a small wad of glass wool into the bottom of the tube, fills the tube with a dessicant such as calcium chloride, and then places an appropriate gas inlet adapter such as item #AF-0505-10 in the top.
