Product Description

470-004R is a package of six replacement filters for the GS-Plus™ spray head (item # AP470-001) used in Guardian Equipment eye/face washes. Replacement filters are economical and should be checked/replaced on a regular basis depending on the quality of your water supply.

The diameter of these filters is 1-1/8" (2.86 cm). If your filters are 1-3/4" (4.45 cm) then you have an FS-Plus™ spray head and need item # 470-024R instead.

Technical Note: Effective January 1, 1997, the GS outlet head was replaced by the GS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the GS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a GS-Plus™ spray head.
