Guardian 250-009G Emergency Shower Sign
This sturdy plastic 8" w x 11" h (20.3 x 27.9 cm) 250-009G Emergency Shower sign is a replacement sign for all standard Guardian emergency shower units and includes Guardian Equipment contact information. It includes two holes for easy zip tie mounting (ties not included).
If you have a barrier-free or recessed unit, consider the 250-012G instead.
The 250-008G sign is similar but is for combination eyewash/safety shower units.
Cross-reference: this item is identical to the WaterSaver Faucet Company's 250-009W sign, except it has Guardian contact information on it instead of WaterSaver (the two are sister companies).
