Ohaus Analog Two Tier Rocking Shaker

This Ohaus Analog Two Tier Rocking Shaker (Model SHRK07AL2) mixes samples with a maximum capacity of 7.3 kg (16 lb) with a see-saw like motion.  Two-tiers double the workable capacity.  Electronic controls provide for easy adjustment in tilt from 0 to 15° and for speed from 1-75 rpm while the unit is running. Speed increases slowly to the desired set point to avoid splashing.   The units have overload protection and audible alarms when the system is obstructed or overloaded.  The built-in-tray with non-slip (356 × 279 mm) mat  is included.  The shaker can be run from -10 to 60 °C (14 to 140 °F), maximum 80% relative humidity, non-condensing and comes with a 2 year warranty. Typical applications include mixing blood samples, DNA extractions, blotting techniques, staining and destaining gels, hybridizations.

This unit is available in 120 V and 230 V versions.
