Ohaus Incubating Light Duty Microplate Shaker

The Ohaus Incubating Light Duty Microplate Shaker (Model ISLDMPHDG) is designed to incubate samples from 5 °C above ambient to 65 °C.  It comes with a clear polycarbonate lid for easy viewing of samples without disturbing the internal temperature.  The unit features a variable speed microprocessor that provides consistent, uniform shaking.  The units slowly increase speed to the desired set point and will restart if the power is interrupted.  A triple eccentric drive with permanently lubricated ball bearings and maintenance-free brushless DC motor provides reliable service and continuous duty operation. All units have overload protection as well as audible and visual alarms when the system is obstructed or overloaded.

The tray can hold 4 Microplates or 2 Micro-Tube Racks.  The shaker can be run in conditions from 5 to 40 °C (41 to 104 °F), maximum 80% relative humidity, non-condensing and comes with a 2 year warranty.   Typical applications include immunoassays, hybridizations, cell cultures, bacterial & yeast cultures and suspensions, ELISA assays, PCR, enzyme reactions.
