Product Description

This extra high chart and file holder keeps your files, patient charts, or other vital information handy while maintaining privacy/confidentiality (by fully concealing all writing) per HIPAA regulations. This chart holder has five pockets that are 12.5" wide and 1.25" deep. The 9" high front dividers have a small recess to make retrieving files easier.
