Keep your files, patient charts, or other vital information handy with these attractive chart and file holders. These racks are constructed with solid oak sides with a durable state-of-the-art finish. The chart holder pockets are 12.5" wide and taper from 3" deep at the top to 0.75" deep at the bottom.
