Radiation Safety Training Certification Cards

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and various other state and federal agencies require that all workers who handle radioactive sources undergo an initial training program followed by annual refresher training. These handy wallet-sized certification cards are an easy way for employees to remember when their training needs to be updated.

These cards are a Safety Emporium exclusive item and are printed on extra-heavy card stock. The front side is colorful and glossy while the back side is matte and contains spaces for the trainer and trainee information.

Each card measures 3.5" W x 2" H. They are sold in packages of 50.

You can prevent employee tampering by encasing the completed card in our handy self-laminating covers (item #01348). The wording on this card is customizable by special order of 250 or more cards.
