Grease Depth Gauge Comb for Kitchen Hood Maintenance

This plastic FireTech™ grease depth gauge comb is used per NFPA 96 to accurately measure the amount of grease buildup on hoods, fans, ducts, and other surfaces. Depth steps for acceptable, cleaning required, and critical depths are listed in microns and decimal inches.  This item is made of durable white plastic and measures 6" l x 2-5/16" w x 3/32" thick (15.2 x 5.1 x 0.24 cm).
