Heavy-Duty Fire Hydrant Cover, Red

These heavy-duty fire hydrant covers are made out of heavy-duty red fluorescent vinyl and are used to indicate hydrants that are out of service. They feature hook-and-loop closure as well as reinforced grommets that allow one to secure the cover with wire or chain to deter unauthorized removal. The black lettering reads HYDRANT and NOT IN SERVICE.
