Product Description

These large steel lockout hasps are used in situations where many workers are affected by the same energy isolation point during lockout/tagout procedures. The holes accept padlocks and hasps with up to 3/8" (9.5 mm) shackle diameter and the hasp itself provides 1" (2.54 cm) of clearance. Available in your choice of a 12 or 24-hole model.

The 12-hole version measures 8.5" h x 2.25" w x 0.30" d (21.6 x 5.7 x 0.76 cm). The 24-hole version measures 14" h x 2.25" w x 0.30" d (35.6 x 5.7 x 0.76 cm). SOLD INDIVIDUALLY.
